Allie Fitzpatrick is a classically trained chef working in NYC & The Hamptons. She graduated at the top of her class, earning the highest honors at the International Culinary Center in New York City.
Allie believes that food should be both delicious, and good for you. She takes special interest in sourcing the highest quality, ingredients — local and organic whenever possible.
Prior to personal cheffing, Allie founded a food startup called Quinn which offered local, organic meal kits for on-demand delivery.
She's proud to be following her passion, pivoting from a long career in fashion advertising for media companies like Refinery29, Coveteur, Paper Magazine and The New York Post.
